For all Single Lilo(s) orders after September 21st 2022, expect to receive your Lilo(s) in early November. Shipping of our Double Lilos will operate as normal.
As of early November 2022, free express shipping for our Single Lilos will resume as normal.

We are proud to offer FREE international shipping so everyone can enjoy a blissful floating experience. All packages are shipped within 1-2 business days and delivered via FedEx International Priority to ensure your lilo is delivered in 5-7 business days. The retail prices you see on the website are all inclusive of taxes and import duties for your country. You don't have to worry about VAT/GST and other relevant taxes in your region.
We want you to love your Oliver James lilo as much as we do, but we understand things don’t work out sometimes. If you’re having issues with your lilo or decide the product isn’t for you, reach out to us within 15 days of receiving the product and we’ll help to troubleshoot or initiate the return process. Just remember to keep the original packaging!
We will provide you with a prepaid electronic shipping label. Simply pack up all unused items in the original packaging (intact) and return to us to receive a refund (less the cost of return shipping).
